We offer cheesetasting on the farm. Where it happens, is dictated by the weather. The “Prieël” , “Agterstoep” , kitchen , poolside or the “Voorhuis” next to the fireplace will be used. It can be described as a light lunch with something to drink, biscuits, something meaty, olives and pickles accompanying the cheeses.
During the tasting, I explain what each cheese on offer is, how it is made, aged and should be enjoyed at best. I also suggests a wine that will go well with each one. I also share some interesting nerdy cheese facts with you.It is also possible to taste the three types of milk I use.(s.q.)
The variety of cheeses presented during the tasting will be available to buy.
We offer this service only during RSA public school holidays, weekends and public holidays.
This service is not available during December, January and February due to activities on the farm.
